Shipping Conditions

At www.toinfinitylab.com, we offer several shipping options, although we always handle shipments through courier companies. To determine exactly how much your shipment will cost, please note that this will depend on several factors: the destination, the selected delivery time frame, the purchase amount, and the weight of the shipment.

For purchases over €30 with delivery to mainland Spain, shipping costs are free.

Please note that to ensure delivery times are met, you must place your order before the cut-off time. After the cut-off time, the order will be processed the following day, as we cannot hand it over to the transport company. Keep in mind that the cut-off time depends on the selected shipping method. If you choose standard shipping, the cut-off time is 4:00 PM, and if you choose express shipping, the cut-off time is 12:00 PM.

Orders paid by bank transfer will not be processed until we receive the transfer amount in our bank account. Through all other payment methods, the order will begin processing immediately. If the order is urgent, we recommend not using bank transfer as the payment method.

Whenever you place an order on www.toinfinitylab.com, we will inform you by email when we have processed the shipment. Additionally, we will monitor the delivery and contact you if there are any issues. That's why we ask you to provide a phone number during the ordering process.

Delivery Schedule and Day

Please note that transport companies only operate from Monday to Friday. They do not deliver on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays. Additionally, when we provide delivery dates, we do not consider local or regional holidays at the destination; we only consider national and local holidays at the origin.

We cannot guarantee a specific delivery time. Transport companies may deliver throughout the agreed-upon day before 8:00 PM (local time). However, an approximate delivery window may be provided, which the company will attempt to adhere to but is not obligated to do so. If they are unable to locate you, the transport company will attempt a second delivery arranged with you. If they cannot locate you after the second attempt, you will need to collect the order from the transport company's facilities.

Undelivered Orders

If an order is shipped but cannot be delivered due to reasons attributable to the customer, the shipping charges paid will not be refunded. The customer will have to pay for additional shipping costs for the re-shipment of the merchandise.

Responsibility for Deadlines and Carrier

In exceptional cases, we reserve the right to change the transport company used to send your package, but we will always strive to maintain the transit times whenever possible.

The responsibility of www.toinfinitylab.com is limited in cases of force majeure (such as strikes, adverse weather conditions preventing normal traffic by land, sea, or air, etc.). In these cases, orders will be delivered as soon as possible, and the aforementioned deadlines will not apply.

Withdrawal and Returns

Not satisfied with your purchase? Changed your mind? Don't worry! At www.toinfinitylab.com, you have 15 calendar days from the day after receiving your order to decide whether you want to keep the product or return it without having to provide any justification or incurring any penalties.

How does this process work?

Please contact us, express your intention to withdraw within the indicated period, and proceed with the return of the product. You can also send us the information via the contact form you'll find here.

We will refund the amounts paid to you without withholding any expenses through the same payment method you used. However, the cost of returning the products will be at your expense.

Please note that:

You will not be able to exercise the right of withdrawal on damaged or broken products that have suffered inappropriate use, in accordance with Article 102.d) of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of November 16, approving the revised text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws, which is not applicable to products that may deteriorate.

You must return the products you wish to withdraw from with all their accessories and in perfect condition; otherwise, the corresponding amount will be deducted from the total.

When products received by the User are defective due to damage during shipping or simply due to the shipment of the wrong product, www.toinfinitylab.com will cover the return costs of the product and the shipping costs for the new product as soon as possible. To exercise this right, it will be necessary to provide some form of visual documentation (such as a photograph or a short video) in order for us to process the claim with the courier company.

During the purchase process, we offer you the option to join To Infinity Lab by registering and creating an account. By registering your identification and shipping information, you can streamline the process for future purchases by simply selecting one of the shipping addresses you can store. You can create multiple addresses, modify them, delete them, or add new ones.
